For the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people feel better than when they came in- and I still genuinely love it!
My career has taken me from the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center to the Huntsman Cancer Institute and many high-end luxury ski spas. This has given me a strong background to help everything from injuries, post-surgical care, oncology work, general aches and pains, athletic demands, illness recovery and the demands of daily stressors.
With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, I have a deep understanding of how the body moves and functions. I combine that knowledge with an intuitive, personalized approach to massage so that every session is tailored to what you need—not just what I think you need. I believe in therapy that really works.
Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic tension, recovery from an injury, help keeping an active body moving well, or simply a place to slow down and breathe, my goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.
When I’m not working, I love being outside, practicing yoga and weight lifting, paddle boarding, gardening, baking, and spending time with my three boys. I’m happiest when I’m moving, creating, connecting with people, and enjoying this beautiful Pend Oreille area!
I truly believe that feeling good in your body can change how you experience your whole day. It’s why I’ve loved this work for 20 years—and why I’m so excited to welcome you to my table.
