As a licensed massage therapist with a flavor of osteopathic manipulation, I believe our bodies seek health rather than illness, and are inherently self-healing if we provide them with the right environment. The body’s structure (bones, muscles, fascia, organs) directly affects how it functions. Misalignment or tension in one area can disrupt function in another. I aim to unwind those twists and knots we develop through life, supporting my clients in living a higher quality life.
