I am a massage therapist with many years of experience. I received 1000 hours in massage training at Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha, Nebraska where I graduated. I also received specialized training in massage for cancer at UCHA. I attended and completed training at the California College of Ayurveda in Nevada City, California in 2019 for Ayurvedic Massage and Bliss Therapy which includes Abhyanga Massage, Shirodhara, and Swedana therapies designed to remove ama (heavy energy) from the body and and promotion of lymphatic drainage. I am passionate in working with individuals with chronic health conditions and high stress environments so I can help your body do the work of deep healing.
