Hi! My name is Heather H. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Medical Massage Practitioner, Ashiatsu, and Reiki Practitioner. My sister Shana Rose is a Health/Wellness Coach, esthetician, and Reiki Practitioner. At Central Ave Massage, we customized massage & reiki services for women and men with neck, shoulder, back pain, and emotional distress.

Heather has been trained in Sports massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Certified Medical massage therapy, Neural Reset Technique (NRT), Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, Ashiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofacial Release. I use a customized treatment plan to get you out of pain with 3 to 4 sessions depending on severity.. 

In 2024, I worked in a sports massage clinic working on athletes from the University of Iowa and college athletes.i have experience in sports massage and enjoy using cupping in combination of gusha to relieve tension and tightness in the muscles.

Shana Rose is a Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner and Health/Wellness Coach who can clear chakras, heal emotion stress, and give you clarity.

We are not a spa so we have a flat rate fee and cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy is included with all massage services.
