Joseph's passion is to see people in a more balanced body. The mind, body, and soul connection is such a wonderful thing to see. I watch many athletes, both professional and beginner, take for granted what their bodies are really capable of.  They will overwork their bodies and then actually lose ground or get injured, all because they didn't do the proper therapy needed for health and performance.
