Thank you for your interest..! I am a Massage Therapist and Bodywork Practitioner originally from Manchester, New Hampshire. In the mid-1990s, I left a decade-long career in the Culinary Arts to pursue my true passion. I earned my first New Hampshire massage license in 1997 and went on to work in diverse settings, from chiropractic offices to a luxurious European spa in Boston. In 2001, I launched a private practice that grew into the area's leading Massage Therapy office until the pandemic prompted my relocation to Vero Beach.

After 3 years of working at The White Orchid Spa, I was refreshed and inspired to go back into private practice. I accepted an invitation to join The Sanctuary Massage and Wellness Center, and look to compliment my skills and experience to their offerings.

Drawing from flowing and fluid intuitive movements combined with targeted delivery of deep tissue and trigger point therapy, I create personalized session that help restores harmony to both body and mind. My commitment to fostering wellness ensures every client leaves feeling rejuvenated, aligned, and refreshed. With close to 30 years of experience, I specialize in blending a mixture of styles and techniques with a holistic, nurturing approach to promote profound relaxation and healing.
