I believe healing begins with trust, connection, compassion, and gentle expertise.

My journey to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist began with a deeply personal experience. During my mother's hospice care, when she was largely unresponsive, I would sit beside her, hold her hand, and gently massage her arm. Even in those quiet moments, she would respond with the slightest movement or expression. It was then that I truly understood the remarkable power of compassionate human touch.

That experience shaped not only my career but also my philosophy of care.

Today, I provide Gentle Therapeutic Bodywork for seniors, adults with chronic health conditions, those recovering from surgery, and anyone who desires a gentler approach to healing. I believe effective bodywork doesn't have to be painful to create meaningful results. That's why my practice focuses on techniques that work with your body, never against it.

Every session begins by listening. Your goals, your comfort, and your unique needs guide each treatment because no two people and no two healing journeys are alike.

Whether you're living with arthritis, fibromyalgia, lipedema, edema, limited mobility, or simply looking to reduce stress and improve your quality of life, my goal is to help you move more comfortably and feel supported every step of the way.

For your convenience, I offer both in-office appointments at my private suite inside Sunset Kreations in Summerfield and home visits throughout Ocala, Silver Springs Shores, and surrounding communities.

My hope is that every person who walks through my door, or welcomes me into their home, leaves feeling a little more comfortable, a little more hopeful, and deeply cared for.
