I believe healing begins with trust, connection, compassion, and gentle expertise.

My journey to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist began with a deeply personal experience. During my mother's hospice care, when she was largely unresponsive, I would sit beside her, hold her hand, and gently massage her arm. Even in those quiet moments, she would respond with the slightest movement or expression. It was then that I truly understood the remarkable power of compassionate human touch.

That experience shaped not only my career but also my philosophy of care.

 Today, I specialize in Gentle, Adaptive Therapeutic Bodywork for seniors, individuals managing chronic health conditions, those recovering from surgery, and anyone seeking a low-intensity approach to healing. I believe effective bodywork should never be painful. My practice works with your body, using specialized, light-touch techniques tailored to your comfort and daily energy.

Every session begins with listening. Your goals, mobility needs, and unique health history guide your treatment plan. I offer specialized support for clients navigating:

• Vascular & Fluid Concerns: Lipedema, Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), and Edema.
• Neurological & Chronic Conditions: Parkinson’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Autoimmune flare-up prevention.
• Specialized Adaptive Care: Oncology recovery, Amputation and residual limb support, post-surgical care, and limited mobility.

For your convenience, I provide both in-office appointments at my private suite inside Sunset Kreations in Summerfield, FL, and mobile home visits throughout Ocala, Silver Springs Shores, and surrounding communities.
