Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as an athletic trainer. Athletes often only came to me when they were injured, and even then many were hesitant, worried that seeking help might keep them out of their sport longer.
Through that experience, I realized my passion was in helping people recover, feel better, and return to doing what they love. I knew physical therapy wasn't the right path for me because the pace often felt rushed. What I truly connected with was the calming, restorative environment of massage therapy. From the moment I experienced it, I knew this was where I was meant to be.
Today, my goal is to help clients unwind, ease tension, and walk out feeling better than they arrived.
