I am a huge tomboy whose closest friends call me a redneck, surfer, hippie chic. Redneck because I love the great outdoors & all it entails including hunting & fishing & can throw me in the woods & water & find my way out. Pocohontas is my nickname, Miss Athlete was my title & daredevil & adrenaline junkie keeps me young. I am a career student, lifeguard & swim coach, behavior specialist on top of being an LMT. All my education and careers have intertwined to give me a thorough background in Anatomy & Physiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Sports Psychology, Ocean Rescue, Fire & EMT Science & Occupational of Science in Massage Therapy. I use my background in my education and as an athlete to apply it to each massage that I perform. I have had clients call me the Painanator in a good way because I am not a fluff and buff type therapist but one that will get to the bottom of a client’s muscular problems and work with the client to correct those underlying causes of neuromuscular disparity!
