Kristin Graduated Massage School from National Personal Training Inst. in January of 2008 and is studying psychology at Capella University.
Kristin worked at the National Training Center as a lifeguard in her early years, this is where she really learned how passionate she was about sports. She started life-guarding large triathlon events such as, The Great Floridian and many other smaller events when she was only 16. During her high school days she was part of the track team, swim team, and dive team; this is where she learned the importance of taking care of her body and she quickly learned that she had a talent for it when she would help relieve some of her teammates muscle pain.
When Kristin started her business in 2011, she was focused on helping as many people as she could and opened a wellness clinic. Not too long after this she was traveling and working with Professional & Olympic athletes from around the world in many different sports from cycling, running, swimming, wakeboarding, motor cross, football, soccer, baseball, track and field, and more. Now, Kristin is rebranding as a mobile business and is excited to serve her community in Clermont, Florida.
Her eagerness to use the extensive knowledge she has gained with her years of experience the love she has for learning and using the medicinal and healing aspects of massage therapy show strongly as she works through the tissues of the body to find the source of the pain and ways to help relieve the pain long term.
"Your body has the ability to heal itself if given the proper environment to do so. I work within my scope of practice to help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself. My aim is to help you long term through my knowledge of the body, the mind, and the way food can heal."
