As a licensed massage therapist, I provide personalized massage therapy designed around each client's individual needs, whether you're looking to relieve muscle tension, recover from an active lifestyle, manage everyday stress, or simply take time to yourself.

Every session is thoughtfully tailored using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, and aromatherapy to create an experience that is both therapeutic and relaxing. 

My goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming space where you can slow down, reset, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Just Breathe Massage Therapy — Terms, Policies & Cancellations

At Just Breathe Massage Therapy, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide personalized, therapeutic care in a peaceful and welcoming environment. The following policies help protect appointment availability and ensure a respectful experience for every client.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments are subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance. A valid card may be required on file to reserve an appointment.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and plans sometimes change. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available appointment time without penalty.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Any applicable cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file.

Series or membership appointments may be subject to forfeiture of the massage credit in accordance with the applicable series or membership terms.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Membership or series credits used to reserve a no-show appointment may be forfeited.

Future appointments may require prepayment following repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened massage session to avoid delaying the next client.

Appointments will end at the originally scheduled time and the full scheduled service price will still apply.

Health & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information and communicating any changes in health, medications, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other conditions that may affect massage therapy.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Just Breathe Massage Therapy does not diagnose medical conditions.

The massage therapist reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment when massage therapy may be contraindicated or when additional medical clearance may be appropriate.

Professional Conduct & Boundaries

Just Breathe Massage Therapy provides professional, therapeutic massage services only.

Any inappropriate, sexual, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full service price may still be charged, and future services may be refused.

Appropriate professional draping will be used throughout the massage session.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through an active membership, series, gift certificate, or prepaid service.

Prices and services are subject to change. Membership and series pricing are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Discounts, promotions, memberships, and series offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Gift Certificates & Prepaid Services

Gift certificates and prepaid services have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Lost or unauthorized use of gift certificates may be subject to verification before redemption.

Applicable expiration dates and restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will comply with applicable law.

Refunds

Completed massage services are non-refundable.

Membership fees, series purchases, prepaid services, and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please communicate your concerns so they may be addressed appropriately.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Just Breathe Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services when necessary to protect the health, safety, comfort, or professional boundaries of the client or massage therapist.

Policy Exceptions

True emergencies and unexpected circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is at the discretion of Just Breathe Massage Therapy and does not waive future enforcement of these policies.

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Just Breathe Massage Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, Policies & Cancellations.

Membership — Terms & Policies

Monthly Membership
The Rooted Ritual Membership is $85 per month and includes one 60-minute Swedish Massage and one complimentary Aromatherapy Add-On each membership month.

Member Savings
Active members receive 10% off up to three additional eligible massage services per membership month. Eligible services include 60-minute Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Hot Stone Massage, as well as 90- and 120-minute Swedish Massage.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, series, discounts, or special offers.

Monthly Massage & Rollover
Your included 60-minute Swedish Massage may roll over for up to 60 days. After 60 days, the unused massage expires.

Membership must remain active and in good standing to redeem rolled-over massages.

Aromatherapy Add-On
One complimentary Aromatherapy Add-On is included each membership month. Aromatherapy benefits do not roll over and expire at the end of each membership month.

Membership Use
Membership benefits are reserved exclusively for the enrolled member and are non-transferable. Included massages, discounts, and complimentary enhancements may not be shared, gifted, exchanged for cash, or applied toward gift card purchases.

Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all membership appointments.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the included monthly massage being forfeited.

Billing & Automatic Renewal
Membership fees are automatically billed at $85 each month using the payment method on file. Membership automatically renews monthly until canceled.

Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the available membership cancellation method.

Once canceled, no future membership fees will be charged. Previously paid membership fees are non-refundable.

Any unused included massages or membership benefits must be redeemed before the membership ends and are forfeited once the membership is no longer active.

Failed Payments
If a membership payment is declined, membership benefits will be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.

Membership Changes
Just Breathe Massage Therapy reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or policies with advance notice to active members.
