The Bible speaks often about laying hands on one another in prayer and carrying each other’s burdens. That picture shapes the way I approach massage: it’s more than technique, it’s an act of care rooted in God’s love and grace. With a background in dance and personal training, I understand how the body moves and what it needs to find balance.
