Bio
After two decades in the corporate tech world, I hit a point where the work just wasn’t feeding my soul anymore. I felt disconnected—like I was pouring energy into something that didn’t reflect who I am or the kind of impact I wanted to make. So in 2023, I made a major life shift and stepped into a path that feels far more aligned: massage therapy.
That shift became Full Spectrum Healing LTD—my private practice and a space I created with intention. It’s more than just a massage room; it’s a safe, affirming place where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're LGBTQ+, navigating body shame, healing from injury, or just burned out and in need of care—you’re welcome here. No judgment, no assumptions. Just support, respect, and care tailored to you.
I specialize in therapeutic bodywork, with a focus on recovery, lymphatic drainage, and supporting active lifestyles. I’m a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and as someone who hikes, bikes, and backpacks regularly, I bring a deep respect for what our bodies can do—and how much they sometimes need help doing it.
My approach is about helping you feel better in your body, long term. I want to support your healing, your goals, and your right to feel at home in your own skin.
Frequently Asked Questions
I saw online that you offer new clients a discount—how does that work?
Yes! New clients receive 15% off their first 90- or 120-minute in-office session when they book directly through my MassageBook website (not through the MassageBook directory or Google Reserve). This offer does not apply to outcall or mobile appointments.
To receive the discount, simply select the “New Client Discount!” option when choosing your service during booking. It will appear right below the regular session options.
If you accidentally booked the regular session instead of the discount version and haven’t prepaid, I’ll apply the discount at checkout. If you prepaid, no problem—I’ll add the 15% as store credit to your account to use on your next session.
Do you provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients?
Absolutely. My practice is a welcoming and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals of all identities and expressions. I understand that many in our community have faced judgment or discomfort in wellness spaces, and I’m committed to offering care that is respectful, body-positive, and free from assumptions or judgement. You are seen, valued, and supported here—always.
I'm self-conscious about my body—what if I'm embarrassed to get a massage?
You're not alone. So many people carry shame or insecurity about their bodies, and I want you to know this is a judgment-free space. Massage is not about having a "perfect" body—it's about honoring the one you have and supporting its wellbeing. All bodies are welcome here, exactly as they are. You don’t need to apologize, explain, or hide. My only goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and at ease in your own skin.
Do you require anything from new clients before booking?
Yes. As a solo practitioner working from a home-based studio, creating a safe and grounded environment is a top priority—for both of us. Before your first appointment, I’ll ask you to briefly introduce yourself, share how you found me, and let me know what you’re hoping to address through massage. I may also request a social media profile or a recent photo to help me feel more secure in welcoming new clients into my space. This small step helps build trust and ensures we start our work together with clarity and mutual respect. Thanks for your understanding.
Where will my massage or bodywork session take place?
Your massage or bodywork session will take place either in my home or I can travel to yours. When receiving massage in my home (located near the intersection of Hampden Ave & S Tamarac Dr), I provide a warm, comfortable and quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort. A guest bathroom is provided just across the hall for the massage room. I must disclose that I care for two cats, however, they are not permitted in the area of the home where the massage room and guest bathroom are located. Alternatively, I may travel to your home for an additional travel and setup fee (rates for mobile sessions reflect the additional cost of travel and setup). In this case, please ensure there is a private, quiet space prepared for your massage session. This area should be free from pets, children, and other distractions, with enough room for my massage table and at least three feet of clearance around all sides to allow for a comfortable and effective session.
Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?
Yes! I accept both HSA and FSA cards for payment. It’s a great way to support your wellness using pre-tax dollars.
Do I need to tip?
Nope. While I do accept tips, I never expect them. My rates reflect what I believe my work is worth, so there’s no pressure to add anything extra. Some clients choose to tip as a thank-you, which I truly appreciate—but it’s entirely optional. I’m just glad you booked with me.
What if I don't see the day or time I want?
If you don’t see the time or day you’re looking for, feel free to reach out! I’ll do my best to accommodate, even on my usual closed days. I can’t always make it work—but if I can, I will. There’s never any harm in asking!
How early may I arrive to my appointment?
You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early. I often have back-to-back appointments and need time to reset the space after the previous client. If you arrive earlier, feel free to wait in your car until 5 minutes before your session.
Where should I park?
Please park along the quiet street in front of the house. Kindly avoid the driveway so you don’t block my roommates’ cars.
Do I have to be completely undressed?
Massage and bodywork are typically performed with the client unclothed, but you'll always be properly draped with sheets and a blanket, with only the area being worked on exposed. That said, your comfort is the priority—you’re welcome to undress to whatever level feels right for you.
Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
The practitioner will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet and blanket. I will knock first and gain verbal confirmation that you’re ready before re-entering the room.
Will I be covered during the session?
You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, gluteals, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. Before your session, we will discuss what you would like worked on. At that time, please inform the therapist of any areas you prefer to not be massaged.
What are your massages like?
My massage style is all about connecting deeply with your body — listening through my hands and creating a space where you feel like the only person in the world during your session. I typically start with a relaxing Swedish massage foundation: broad, flowing strokes to calm your nervous system and ease surface tension. As your body settles in, I gradually increase pressure to work into areas that need more focused attention.
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate a range of techniques like trigger point release, kneading, compression, myofascial stretching, cross-friction, lymphatic drainage, and more. I use an unscented, vegan massage cream that won’t stain clothing and helps hydrate your skin while reducing friction.
Your comfort and safety always come first — if anything feels off during the session, please speak up. Massage is most effective when your body feels safe and isn’t resisting the work.
How will I feel after the massage or bodywork session?
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down (affectionately called "massage-brain"), people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days.
What are the benefits of massage and bodywork?
Massage and bodywork can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Massage and bodywork is also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being.
Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or bodywork inadvisable?
Yes. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
