I've been a body worker for three years, teaching yoga, practicing craniosacral therapy and massage therapy. I entered into massage therapy to provide access to healing that couldn't be reached from the mind alone. Prior to body work, my professional life focused on helping people move through the remnants of childhood abuse and other traumas, as well as working with general anxiety, relationship concerns, and overwhelm. I worked for several years as Certified Peer Specialist and then as a life coach before tying those principles into body work.
Regular engagement in continuing education allows me to offer well-informed care to my clients.
Through therapeutic touch and a thoughtful, caring presence I tailor my ever-growing skill set to fit the needs of each session. Tools such as massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, movement coaching, mental health awareness, personal guidance, and breath work are used.
