With over 11 years of experience and advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I specialize in manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and holistic bodywork that nourishes the nervous system and supports the body’s natural healing rhythms. These include lymphatic massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and energetic balancing.
