We take everything that’s been going on—physically, emotionally, mentally—
and begin unwinding it while you’re sitting there.
I track how your system has been:
- bracing
- compensating
- overworking
- or disconnecting
And I show you what’s actually yours
and what you’ve been carrying, adapting to, or organizing around.
From there we decompress and release your whole system and reset your nervous system. You get your internal and external system back regulated back into Peace & out of survival.
You leave with:
- clarity about your system
- a way to work with it
- and a path forward that actually fits your life

The Work
Your body doesn’t just “hold tension.”
