I am a dedicated  Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Medical Massage Clinician , passionate about holistic healing and the transformative power of therapeutic touch. I eagerly completed a  1,340-hour training program at  the  National Holistic Institute (NHI) College of Massage Therapy in Ontario, California.  This includes an  800-hour core massage therapy program  and an  additional 540 hours of Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Training and Medical Massage Clinician coursework . Throughout my training, I accumulated over  150 hands-on hours  in clinical and externship settings, refining my expertise in  pain management, targeted muscle treatment, and comprehensive therapeutic care . At  LifeJoy Evolution , my mission extends beyond massage therapy—I strive to guide individuals toward  mind and evolution . I believe that true wellness is an integrated experience, which is why my approach combines advanced massage techniques with  science-based stretches  to enhance mobility and recovery. Each session (upon request) includes a  complimentary mini coaching segment , designed to cultivate body awareness and inspire a proactive approach to self-care. I am deeply committed to fostering  authentic connections and a supportive community  where healing is not just a service, but a shared journey.
