I am a licensed massage therapist and I have been practicing massage since a child, although it was 2021 when I became licensed through National Holistic Institute. My work includes providing therapeutic massage at Hand & Stone Spa, as well as private clientele.

As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. After school and hands on experience, I've found that I really enjoy helping people relax and feel better. I believe massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals!

Currently I am self employed and enjoy working with a variety of clients. I specialize in several modalities including Classic Swedish massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage and prenatal massage. 

In addition to practicing massage therapy I enjoy being a new mom and working for an Airline.
