• 2016-Graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork with a certificate in massage therapy with special focus on psycho-structural balancing and bodywork.
   

• 2016-Completed continuing education with the Benjamin Institute of advanced studies in 'Advanced deep tissue muscular therapy techniques.'

• 2018-Completed continuing education through Associated Bodywork & Massage professionals in 'Myofascial techniques: working with Whiplash'

I have a passion for education and helping others. Since embarking on a rewarding career in therapeutic bodywork, I have immersed myself in providing relief to clients with both physical and emotional pain. Stress; an emotional response, is the basis for disease and physical dysfunction and must be addressed for optimal health and wellbeing. 

My training in massage and bodywork, as well as my somatic approach to underlying trauma and nervous system dysfunction, provide a truly unique and transformative session. 

 My individual 1-hour sessions are  $100 

My 75-minutes sessions are $125

A 90-minute is $150

A series of 4-1 hour- sessions are $360

A series of 4-75 minute sessions is $460

A series of 4-90 minute-sessions are $560

I offer kid and teen sessions as well, with the option of parental supervision or without. Details in my services section above.

All services are full time sessions. 60, 75, 90 minutes of massage time always
