Michele Spencer,L.M.T. In 1985, I completed my massage certification from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley California in 1985… from 1986-2020 I served in the United States Army as a Medical Service Officer, retired as a Colonel and a combat veteran.

 In 2021, I earned my Florida License as a Massage Therapist from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy. I provide therapeutic massage that incorporates Acupressure, Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release,  Lymphatic Drainage, Lypossage and Thai. 

Certified in Thai Massage from the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Also certified as an AquaBody Practitioner (Similar to Watsu).  As a Register Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500) Reiki Master, and Integral Sound Healing Certification… I embody, incorporate and intuit holistic healing modalities to help release body, mind, spiritual tension, stress thereby boosting the immune system, regulating nervous sytem and increasing flexibility and range of motion.
