Clinic Policies

General

• Masks are optional.
• Please respect clinic property.
• No children or guests unless previously approved.

No-Show Policy

A session is considered a no-show if the client is 15 minutes late or more without notifying the therapist.

• A full payment of the missed session is required to reschedule.
• Payment must be made before a new appointment can be confirmed.

Late Arrivals

If you expect to be late, please inform the therapist before your scheduled start time.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time, whether or not the client is present.
• If late but communicated, you may use the remaining time of your session; however, full session payment is still required.
• If you prefer to cancel after arriving late, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If the therapist is not notified and arrival is 15 minutes or later, the session will be considered a no-show (see policy above).

Rescheduling

• Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify.
• A reschedule is only valid if rebooked within the same or following week.
• After the third reschedule, the full payment will be forfeited, and a new payment is required (unless otherwise discussed directly with the therapist).

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a fee.
  • 24–12 hours notice: 50% of the service fee is due.
  • Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of the service fee is due.
• Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time and later canceled are subject to a 50% fee.
• Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future sessions can be scheduled or received.
• Clients who refuse to pay due fees will not be provided services.

Additional Notes

• I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
• Same-day scheduling is not available through the website, but may be arranged directly via message for an additional $15 same-day booking fee.
• Gift Certificates must be used within 5 months of purchase. After that time, they will expire and be removed from your MassageBook account.
