Health & Wellness is a Journey. Life is motion. The only constant is change.
It's important for us to keep up with these changes and the natural rhythms of our life and the world around us. You wouldn't take your car on 5 cross-country road trips without servicing it at least a number of times along the way. Invest in your health and well-being!
My intention with Natural Motion Therapeutics is to create a space of stillness. My practice is run out of a room off the front of my home. A space for you to slow down and come back to your body. To re-establish a connection and deeper relationship with you body.
Balancing the hips, freeing up restrictions in the clavicle & shoulders, and ensuring proper placement of the rib cage supports optimal function of the major organs. The body is so much more delicate than many of us have come to understand. All of our actions, thoughts, and emotions have an effect, an impact on our physical condition. We carry them with us in patterns of HOLDING, fixation, and tension. This tension, when left unaddressed, manifests as DIS-EASE.
Where are you holding in your life? Where can you soften and begin to Let Go? BREATHE.

In Myopractics, we use the pulses as our window into the body to assess and work with your condition. If certain nerves supplies are shut down, it can effect how your major organs are functioning. Reinstating the full function of your major organs can result in a better nights sleep, a healthier appetite & bowel movements, or a more clear mind overall.
While the manipulations & movements are not invasive, the body will experience major shifts & changes throughout your session. It is important to intentionally rest, drink lots of water, and support your body with healthy nutrients for at least 3 days following your session. Observe what your body is releasing. What is moving through you. Create space and slow down for this process. You will be in a past-present healing process; meaning that the cellular memories, the internal imprint of your experience will unravel & release through your mind, body, and spirit. It is not out of the ordinary to feel sore, like your first time back to the gym in a few months, after your initial session.
