I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Practitioner in the Tucson area for over 25 years. This means I have tens of thousands of hours working directly with the human body—developing not only clinical skill, but a deep sensitivity to how people carry stress, responsibility, and the Everythings of Life within their bodies.

I create the conditions where transformation becomes available — through deeply experienced, responsive Presence.

I work with individuals who understand the value of consistent self-investment: those who carry a lot, give a lot, and are ready to step away from constant input to reconnect with themselves. This includes professionals, athletes, caregivers, leaders, and anyone in need of Rich Time – a space to receive, breathe, and Be.

Sessions may include focused/deep clinical work, relaxation approaches, or a blend of both. I also welcome both rich conversation and quiet, allowing space for whatever supports your system best. By listening to the body’s subtle cues, I help create an environment where tension can release, the mind can settle, and your own internal resources can arise – this is You, unfolding to You.
