I help people of all ages save time and money lost from injuries, and reduce everyday pain. Using massage and therapeutic movement exercises in person and online, I help people in person and virtually get their life back, even with a chronic ailment. I have comprehensive training and experience in various massage styles and physical rehabilitation. My passions include Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Tissue Release, and I also have specialized training and experience in elder care, and facilitating age-appropriate physical rehabilitation for conditions such as joint replacements, surgeries, traumatic injuries, and the like.
