I don't really have anything to compare this to, but I did enjoy my 60-minute sports massage session. Maggie was very helpful, answered all my questions, and explained what she was doing and why. It was a good mix of "this is helping pain" that I was looking for (like getting out knots) and relaxation techniques, so it never got overwhelming. Was good stuff
