Hi, I’m Laura Wong — Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of The Body Mechanic Massage & Bodywork.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, earned a degree in education, and explored different careers. But nothing has felt more aligned than the path I’m on now. Massage therapy isn’t just what I do — it’s what I love. It’s where my skills, passion, and purpose come together.

My goal is simple: to help people feel better in their bodies through thoughtful, consistent, and personalized care.
