I owned and operated a successful massage therapy practice in the White Mountains of NH for 5 years. But the sunshine, ocean, and the keys were calling my name. So I chose to listen to my heart and move to my happy place. Prior to opening my practice, I attended the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts. NHITA provided me with an outstanding education in a variety of massage modalities.

My goal as a licensed massage therapist, is to make each client's session personalized to their individual needs, utilizing the skills and training I have acquired through professional and continuing education. Massage therapy has so many physical benefits, such as: * reduced muscle tension * improved circulation * reduction of stress hormones * relaxation * increased joint mobility and flexibility * improved recovery of soft tissue injuries * reduced anxiety and depression *lessening of chronic pain ..... just to name a few. Each session is individually customized to your goals, and how the body presents itself during the session. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible as you will still be required to pay for the session if canceled within the 24-hour window.
