Wow did I feel amazing all day yesterday after my first ashiatsu! It was like floating on a cloud! Lindsay really knows her stuff. Her studio was so calming (Perfect temp, salt lamp on but pretty dim, soothing sounds and it smelled nice). I loved that she started the massage with meditation and positive affirmations. It really put my mind and body at ease and I felt like I was in this twilight state. The amount of skill it takes to hit all those muscles and tight spots with your feet is astounding. I've never experienced anything quite like it, but I felt like every part of my body was loved and cared for. I'm so used to people trying to beat you up in massages, and this was the perfect amount of pressure and healing. I will definitely be booking again!
