Yogatopia also offers personal training. What is personal training, PT? Well, that depends on the client. A PT can be a paid workout partner--someone who exercises alongside you. This could involve workouts you design yourself or those that the trainer designs for you. A PT can be a coach and a cheerleader, standing by to correct your form and help you believe you can do just a little bit more than you think you can. A PT can also be someone who designs workouts for you to complete on your own. Choose from private, one on one, training sessions under the fitness services menu, or semi-private sessions with a small group of 2-3, for money savings.
