I enjoy performing manual bodywork therapy, as well as energy work to help improve peopleā€™s lives. There are many reasons why people seek me out for body work. Busy workweeks compounded with lifeā€™s obligations and responsibilities can take a toll on our wellbeing. An end-of-the-week massage can truly provide that ā€œAhhā€ moment of relief and tranquility. Additionally, regular body work can provide relief for anyone with chronic ailments and conditions. My client list includes people from all backgrounds, including several massage therapists, who routinely seek me for relief.

My husband felt as if the message was too deep tissue massage instead of the relaxing he wanted. He also felt like there was too much chatter during the massage and couldn't relax. My husband is a man of few words and didn't know how to speak up during the massage. I'm not sure if he was checked in with during on the pressure. He left with a bit of a tension headache and some aches from the pressure and rubbing in the same spots.
