I believe massage therapy is more than just relaxation. It's an opportunity to reconnect back to ourselves. 

As Full Spectrum Doula/ Birthworker of 16 years, coming into bodywork just made sense. I was witness to the art or surrender and movement to bring the body through an incredible transition. On the other side I often witnessed a disconnect from the body, self and spirit. Fusing this space through breath and hands simply made the most sense. 

I am now devoted to supporting all walks of life in reconnecting to their bodies and essence through intentional hands on therapeutic care. Specializing in Women's care: prenatal, postpartum, abdominal, scar tissue and post surgical ( c-section recovery). Every session is designed to meet you where you are, blending techniques that bring calm, nurturing and functionality back to the body. Inclusive care is at the heart of my practice and I strive to create a space where all are safe, see, held and cared for. You are welcome here, just as you are.
