All online bookings require pre-pay.
If you do not want to pre-pay, you can email me to schedule your appointment. I will accept payment at the time of service one session at a time. Multiple bookings require pre-pay to secure your session.
Cancellations less than 24 hours of service will forfeit $50 of your session fee. The balance will be applied to future sessions. Special considerations may apply. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will forfeit your session fee. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel in less than 24 hours and I can fill your slot with someone on the wait list, I will not keep your cancellation or session fee.
Please keep in mind I am a solo practitioner, and maintaining my business is dependent on each and every session I book. Late cancellations result in loss of income as well as loss of another client getting in for a session. My rent and operational expenses are due every month whether I fill my schedule or not.
If I cancel your service in less than 24 hours, I will discount your next service by $25.
Masking is optional in community service areas, in treatment space and of course in your home. If you or someone in your household has been exposed, is sick or is concerned about exposure, please cancel your appointment. If you think you are sick, please cancel your appointment and reschedule once you have a negative PCR test. If you would like me to wear a mask during our session, just ask. Likewise, if I am sick or suspect exposure, I will cancel my clients in interest of their safety and well-being.
