What’s Your Peace Wellness Massage is located in the heart of Birmingham, off Highway 31 South, near the Brookwood Baptist Medical Center exit captivating the beautiful skyview of the city and its surroundings. Our mission is to cultivate a person-centered wellness space to aid with nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through therapeutic massage (Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial/Structural Integration) including CoreStone massage, sound therapy, and educational workshops while fostering self-care, helping to improve the overall wellness and the quality of life of others.
