About Wellness With Lianne

I exclusively work with women and tailor every session to your individual needs. Whether you're experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, or restricted movement, I combine techniques ranging from gentle myofascial release to focused deep tissue massage to help restore comfort and mobility.

I also incorporate therapeutic cupping as needed to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing process.

My goal is to provide a space where you can relax, heal, and reconnect with your body. Every treatment is customized to meet you where you are, whether you're seeking pain relief, recovery, or simply time to unwind and care for yourself.

In short, I was expertly restored to normal from a debilitated state. For about a week I had been suffering from intense pain around my right shoulder, scapula, arm, and back of head/neck. I couldn't fully raise my arm, I couldn't even partially raise it without assisting with my other (and a lot of pain still). I wasn't able to sleep calmly at night, perform my job effectively (desk and computer work), or even exercise like I usually do. I explained all these things to Lianne and in one session she expertly addressed all the problem areas with multiple modalities. I could feel all the knots, tension, fascia problems, and inflexibility disappear as the appointment went on. By the end I had my range of motion back and after a couple days of hydration all pain, soreness, and tightness is gone. She did what all my stretching and self-treatment could not do! Thank you!!
