Amy really took into account my history and needs and adapted in time to give me the most out of my 60 minutes. When I came in my back was wrecked and my shoulders were asymmetrical (a small injury I assumed after sleeping strange). She was able to locate the source of my spasm which was not necessarily where I was feeling pain, but the day after my back was as good as new and my shoulders very even! Would highly recommend and will probably return soon :)

Amy is quite knowledgeable on the workings of the body. Often during our sessions she ends up teaching me something helpful about the body and movement that I was previously unaware of. Her technique is smooth with various pressure as needed. I've never encountered a therapist who is skilled in as many modalities. Thanks!
