Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, Kaila Melodie LMT, MLD-C was introduced to massage therapy as a result of her own injury stemming from a car accident. Inspired by great therapists who helped her heal, Kaila enrolled in Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mt. Kisco, NY in 2018. There she completed her training in several modalities including Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular therapy, Reflexology, Energy Healing, Hydrotherapy, Trigger point, Pre-Natal, Sports Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, etc.
