About Urban Soul Wellness Studio

Welcome to Urban Soul Wellness Studio! My name is Maria; I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a 2020 graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy. I created Urban Soul to provide a therapeutic Sanctuary where you can step away from daily stressors, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body's natural rhythm. 

My approach blends clinical therapeutic bodywork with a grounded, boho-inspired environment intentionally designed for rest and healing. Whether you are managing chronic inflammation, navigating complex health conditions, or simply seeking a deep nervous system reset, every session is custom-tailored to support your specific goals.

Maria is very knowledgeable, listens to her client’s concerns, and is sensitive to how the muscles and tissues are responding to the massage. She is probably the best Licensed Massage Therapist I’ve worked with in over 30+ years as a patient. Her studio is very calm and relaxing, and has a very pleasant and welcoming ambience.

Maria is an amazing therapist. Very skilled and knowledgeable on many different massage techniques and does a great job tailoring these skills to her customers specific needs. The Hot Bamboo is an amazing specialty service that I highly recommend. Her new studio provides very calm / relaxing atmosphere. I always leave an appointment feeling rejuvenated. I have been a client for many years now and very happy she has opened this new studio.
