Please remember your time with us is reserved only for you. It is considered confirmed. We will be emailing two days prior and texting 24 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy reminder only. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us more than 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid the 100% cancellation fee.

Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no call, no shows will be billed 100% of scheduled service.

It is at the therapist’s discretion if he/she would like to terminate treatment after multiple cancellations. This is a busy practice that works with clients who are invested in their health. If your therapist feels like you are not invested in the treatment plan provided, you will be excused from the practice.
