With 15 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, and stretching to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and support real recovery.

Every session is tailored to your body, your pressure preference, and what you’re dealing with that day — whether you’re an athlete, musician, desk worker, or just chronically tight. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can fully relax while still getting focused, effective bodywork.
