About Triger Massage Therapy

Triger Massage Therapy focuses on the source of pain. This isn't your regular massage.

Convenient Location

The photo shows the neighborhood Heights location–a two-story house at 721 E 14th St. Triger Massage Therapy is on the second floor.

Neck and Shoulder Tension and Pains

Neck and shoulder pains can prevent you from enjoying life and being productive. I assess which muscles are in need of treatment, not just the ones that ache. I work muscles most clients didn't even know existed using manual therapy and medical massage techniques.

Low Back Pains

Low back pains respond really well to manual therapy techniques. By assessing movements and posture, I can treat the source of the pain and provide more consistent and longer-lasting results.
