Wow!! Where do I start? I get massages 2x a month. I used to get them sporadically as needed for pain. Then when Ben came out with his package deals I signed up. Not only am I saving money but my overall health has increased while my pain has decreased, considerably. About 80%. This last time we focused on my low back and legs. I felt so relaxed afterwards and I am walking much better without the stiffness and my balance is much better. Regular massage is taking years off the way my body feels and functions. I highly recommend regular massages from Ben. I am a firm believer that insurance companies should pay for regular massages as they prevent an entire host of aches and pains treated with only pain relievers can lead to chronic pain and even surgery. This is by far the absolute best method I have found for preventative medicine. Combine massage with a healthy diet and your life will change.

If you're not getting your massage from Ben, you're missing out! I explained where I hurt, what my symptoms were and he came up with a plan. We done a 60 minute, deep tissue massage and I low-key think he was massaging my soul! It hurt so good! He let up when it got to much. I knew that I had to tough through it. No pain! No gain! I'm glad I did because it was so worth it. I've carried years of tension in my neck and shoulders. Hurting to the point of tears. I walked in without being able to feel two of fingers. I came out feeling like I could sleep like a baby! I'm definitely sore the next day but not as bad as I thought. A cold shower as soon as I got home, continually stretching and using a heating pad has kept the tenderness at bay. I look forward to my next appointment!
