About Train | Reign | Recover

While we can and do traditional Therapeutic Massage, our focus is on Sports Massage, Injury Prevention and Recovery, and general body maintenance.  We specialize improving muscle tissue pliability using a variety of manual therapies including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, kinesiotaping, scraping, corrective exercises, and nutrition.

All of the massage treatment sessions provided are customized for each person's unique needs at any given time.  Massage may include use of varying pressures, stretching, cupping, and kinesiotaping.

Steve is absolutely the best.He's very confident and knowledgeable, with all the techniques that he uses. My quality of life has improved immensely since having Steve.As part of my care team. The red light therapy is a wonderful addition to my care plan. Since doing the red light therapy, I sleep much better. And my body is also more relaxed.

This is not a wine and candles type of spa experience. It is a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Steve's music selection is familiar and calming without being traditional spa like. I like this. I always feel more refreshed when I leave.
