The Language of Touch: Reconnecting Through TLC

Join Theresa Fuller of TLC Light Touch ASMR for a heart-centered couples experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the healing power of gentle, intentional touch. This session offers a calm, welcoming space where partners can explore new ways of being present with one another. Through guided practices, you’ll learn how to: • Use light touch to help your partner feel grounded, safe, and cared for • Understand each other’s sensory preferences and boundaries • Regulate your nervous systems together through breath and mindful connection • Deepen communication, trust, and emotional intimacy • Rediscover the calm, curiosity, and closeness that intentional touch can create This is not a massage class. It’s an experience in attunement, listening, and shared peace. You’ll leave with simple tools you can continue using at home to nurture connection long after the session ends. What to Expect • Wear comfortable clothing (tank tops or loose shirts for easy access to arms/shoulders; shorts or rollable pants). • This is a group session with up to 6 couples, designed to feel safe, supportive, and relaxed. • While the focus is not sexual touch, the topic may be lightly “touched on” with respect and care. All touch during the event remains appropriate and consent-focused. • Mats, pillows, or folding chairs are provided • 18+ How to Register Because my scheduler doesn’t allow group bookings, registration for this class will happen through a special gift certificate. Here’s how it works: 1. Purchase the “Language of Touch – Group Class” gift certificate. This certificate is only redeemable for the December 13 class. 2. Once your payment comes through, I will personally add you and your partner to the class roster. No extra steps needed on your end. 3. You’ll receive both an email and a text from me confirming your spot. If you don’t hear from me within 24 hours, please reach out.
