Lighting, cleanliness, and sound are all excellently gauged and conducive to a relaxing, restorative experience. I enjoyed the Tiger Balm that was used, and found the bed comfortable and heated to a good degree. The only thing I missed was a proper eye pillow to shield my eyes and provide some pressure when I was on my back. Otherwise, the experience was on par, and even better, than many more established and larger massage businesses.
