Mental Health Professionals

I am a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and graduate student in clinical mental health. A native of Maine, I spent a decade exploring California, where I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego to study massage therapy. There, I trained under trauma-informed bodywork professionals who emphasized a holistic approach to the body. I work with a diverse clientele who have various goals, including stress reduction, alleviation of chronic muscle tension, increased joint mobility, management of low-back pain, TMJ relief, tension headache relief, decreased migraine frequency, improved sleep, enhanced exercise performance, fertility challenges, postpartum support, and self-care practices.

As a lifelong knowledge seeker, I completed my undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Southern Maine in 2021. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health. I find balance and recharge mentally and physically through my connection to the natural world and Insight Meditation.
