I reached out to Keri because I was very nervous and anxious after transferring an embryo after multiple rounds of IVF. I was looking for help with meditation, and Keri helped me breathe, release my fear, and give me reassurance that I'm doing all the right things. I continued seeing Keri throughout my first trimester. Before I started seeing Keri, I felt terrified, and now I feel calm and more in control of my wandering thoughts.
