With over 15 years of experience, I am now a globally experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, as well as a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. My healing work combines the deep therapeutic power of Ayurvedic bodywork, intuitive touch, and a deep understanding of the nervous system, muscles, and bones. I specialize in providing Ayurvedic massage therapy, using personalized techniques to help clients recover from chronic pain, tension, and energetic imbalances.
