To treat the body’s soft tissues and soothe the nervous system, we offer massage therapy at a private studio in Ashland, Virginia. Advanced services include cupping, hot (and cold) stone therapy, and gua sha (IASTM). Therapeutic massage modalities include Swedish, myofascial massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, hot stones, cold stones, prenatal / pregnancy, postural evaluation, stretching, and sports massage.

Anna set up a beautiful warm space complete with nature sounds. She has a firm touch but is very responsive to anything the client needs. I felt so relaxed and regulated after my massage!
