To treat the body’s soft tissues and soothe the nervous system, we offer massage therapy at a private studio in Ashland, Virginia. Advanced services include cupping, hot (and cold) stone therapy, and gua sha (IASTM). Therapeutic massage modalities include Swedish, myofascial massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, hot stones, cold stones, prenatal / pregnancy, postural evaluation, stretching, and sports massage.

My first massage with Anna was so good I signed up to be a member and to come every month. Now I look forward to my next appointment. Anna is so skilled, so professional, she finds the little aches and lumps in my body and works them away. She asks questions—how’s that?—and adjusts the firmness to suit what I need. Anna is truly the best. And she’s right here in Ashland.

Anna is very professional and respectful. Better my massage, she asked appropriate questions and assured me that I would be the one to help direct her regarding my comfort level. After the massage she did an excellent job communicating what she sensed and what she did to address problem areas, plus explained how massage helped those problem areas. I appreciated the time she took both before and after the massage to answer questions and ask about any concerns. My body felt incredibly better as a result of her capable hands.
