The Willow room is a private Sola space created with intention - with sessions personalized to support your unique needs and goals.

My mission is to work with each client to restore comfort and mobility-helping them move from a place of pain to a place of maintenance. Every session is personalized, intentional, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we listen to the body and care for it with consistency and compassion.
